2023 CSC General Assembly

Last week, took place CSC’s General Assembly in Berlin on Thursday, the 5th October. This meeting was followed by the Certification Body Roundtable Meeting and the Regional System Operator meeting on Friday, the 6th October.

Coming together at least once per year is key for our organization. We want to warmly thank our Regional System Operator, BTB for hosting this years General Assembly, but also all our members for their precious contributions. We could discuss together on main advancements of the certification but also the challenges and objectives for the year to come. Continuing to encourage responsible sourcing in different countries and regions to help accelerate the progress towards sustainable building materials and construction was our main discussion.

We also discussed the CSC Technical Manual Next Version, 3.0, the main changes and improvements on the toolbox, we also reviewed some Association’s Sustainability Reports among other discussions.

It’s great to meet at least once per year face to face with all our colleagues from around the world. We are excited to all the advancements coming.
